I. Qingyi Network's Statements and Assurances

Qingyi Network respects users' privacy and information and will protect them strictly. We provide the following explanations:

1. Purpose of Information Collection: Qingyi Network collects user information only to support purchases, service records, accumulated amounts, information delivery, rankings and related services.
2. Cookies: To better serve users, Qingyi Network may use cookies to store and, at certain times, track relevant user information. Such use is limited to commercial, market-analysis or academic purposes, including estimating visitor numbers and understanding preferences. Cookies may be used by third parties, such as advertising services that require identifiable information as evaluation metrics and data. Such information is used for analysis only.

II. Use and Safekeeping of User Accounts

1. Under the mandatory terms, Qingyi Network may review whether identity information provided at registration is truthful and valid, and shall actively take reasonable technical and administrative measures to keep accounts secure and valid. Users must safeguard their accounts and passwords and use them properly and securely. A party that fails to fulfill these duties, causing a lost password, stolen account or similar incident that harms the civil rights of the user or others, shall bear legal responsibility.
2. Users enjoy rights and bear responsibilities under applicable law for actions performed through their accounts after login.
3. If a user discovers unauthorized use of an account or password, or abnormal account use, the user shall promptly notify Qingyi Network through its published procedures and may request suspension of login and use of the account.
4. Before suspending an account's login and use in response to a user's notice, Qingyi Network shall require and verify valid personal identity information consistent with the information registered for the account.
1. 4.1 If the valid identity information matches the registered information, Qingyi Network shall promptly suspend login and use of the account.
2. 4.2 If Qingyi Network violates clause 4.1 by failing to suspend the account promptly, causing losses to the user, it shall bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
3. 4.3 Qingyi Network may refuse the request if the user does not provide valid identity documentation or the documentation does not match the registered information.
5. When a user provides valid identity information consistent with the registered information to protect their lawful rights, Qingyi Network shall provide necessary assistance and support, including proof of the account registrant and original registration information, and provide relevant evidence and information to administrative or judicial authorities as needed.

III. Suspension and Termination of Services

1. Qingyi Network shall immediately terminate services to users who publish unlawful information, seriously violate public morality or engage in other conduct prohibited by law.
2. Qingyi Network may terminate services if a user engages in improper conduct while receiving its services. The conduct must be expressly specified in this agreement or have been clearly identified in advance by Qingyi Network as prohibited conduct warranting termination. Otherwise, Qingyi Network may not terminate services.
3. Qingyi Network may suspend all or part of its services if a user provides false registration identity information or violates this agreement. It shall notify the user and specify a reasonable suspension period, and shall promptly restore services when that period ends.
4. Qingyi Network bears the burden of proof when suspending or terminating all or part of its services under this section.

IV. Protection of User Information

1. When requesting personal identity information, Qingyi Network shall first clearly and conspicuously disclose its privacy-protection and personal-information-use policies and take necessary measures to protect user information.
2. Without the user's permission, Qingyi Network shall not provide, disclose or share with third parties personal identity information in registration records, including names, valid identity-document numbers, contact details and home addresses, except where: the user or their guardian authorizes disclosure; a partner platform such as the App Store or Google Play requires access to or disclosure of user information under its rules; disclosure is required by law; a judicial or administrative authority requests it through lawful procedures; Qingyi Network brings litigation or arbitration against the user to protect its lawful rights; or information is provided in response to a lawful request from the user's guardian.

V. How to Request Deletion of Personal Data

1. On the login screen, users can select the floating window on the left to delete their account and data, including but not limited to names, valid identity-document numbers, contact details, home addresses and other personal identity information in registration records.
2. After data deletion is performed, this personal data will be deleted.

VI. Disclaimer

Qingyi Network assumes no legal liability for the following:

1. Disclosure of personal information caused by sharing a password with others or sharing a registered account;
2. Disclosure, loss, theft or alteration of personal information caused by force majeure affecting normal network operations, such as hacking, computer-virus intrusion or outbreaks, or temporary closure due to government controls;
3. Personal-information disclosure caused by other websites linked from this site, and any resulting legal disputes or consequences;
4. Uses by Qingyi Network specified in this statement.
