Assist the lead in driving game art and AI content production projects. The role centers on AI content production and project execution, with basic asset processing and workflow maintenance as needed. You’ll start under the lead’s guidance, then gradually take on independent tasks and execution responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Use AI tools as a core working method to generate content, process assets, and analyze problems for project needs; design prompts, AI workflows, or automation solutions under the lead’s guidance, then progressively handle validation, optimization, and template building independently.
- Use Photoshop, Premiere, and similar tools to produce and revise basic images, videos, and game art assets, and review assets submitted by internal or outsourced staff.
- Assist the lead in understanding and organizing client requirements, turning scattered information into clear tasks, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with art and other production staff, communicate requirements, assign and follow up on tasks, organize client feedback, and drive issue resolution and task closure.
- Manage project file structures, asset versions, naming conventions, uploads/downloads, and final delivery, completing basic acceptance checks before delivery.
- Maintain production SOPs, acceptance checklists, project templates, and a FAQ library to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- Background in art, design, or digital media (visual communication, animation, film, digital media art, etc.); non-related majors with demonstrable portfolios, projects, or practical experience are also welcome.
- Able to process basic image assets in Photoshop, with basic proficiency in tools like Illustrator and Premiere; no need to be a professional artist or editor, but must handle basic asset processing and simple revisions independently.
- Proficient in at least one general-purpose AI tool and one image or video generation tool, and willing to keep learning based on project needs.
- Basic information retrieval, documentation, and writing skills; able to organize scattered information into clear tasks, tables, or documents.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with execution ability and quality awareness; able to record, feed back, and sync promptly, and proactively confirm when issues arise.
- Comfortable with concrete, repetitive execution work; willing to learn, summarize, and review new tools and workflows.
- Able to adapt to remote collaboration and self-management, delivering tasks on schedule.
Nice to Have
- Experience at game companies, game outsourcing, art production, interactive storytelling, or project execution.
- Exposure to game UI, environments, characters, or promotional art production.
- Familiarity with Unity, After Effects, Figma, Python, or similar tools.
- Experience with AI image/video generation, prompt design, workflow building, or batch production solutions.
- English research and reading ability.
- Strong sensitivity to game experience, art, and content quality.
What You’ll Gain
- Exposure to the full pipeline of game art, AI content production, and project management, and participation in building the company’s AI production system, SOPs, and workflows.
- Improve asset production, communication, and project management skills on real projects, growing with the team toward broader responsibilities.
What to Include When Applying
- Briefly describe your background, project experience, when you can start full-time work, and your core collaboration hours.
- List the design, office, and AI tools you are familiar with.
- Attach at least one basic production or AI application case, explaining the problem it solved, the tools used, your specific work, and the final result.
